Pringles – Tortillas
Well, I know it’s been awhile since I posted something here. If I had a quarter for every time I’ve started a post like that, I would have at least $10 million dollars. Anyway, there’s some big news and changes coming here soon to Half-Assed Productions. But, until then lets try some Pringle-shaped Tortilla Chips.
I know what you’re thinking. Can you guys drink a few Budweiser’s and review these new chips? Why yes we can. And the proof is in the video above. Budweiser definitely isn’t my go to beer, but we’ve been working on a “Redneck 12 days of Christmas” tree at work. It required a 12 pack of Bud. So, I drank a few to have some “ornaments”.
So, now you’ve seen our long drawn out taste test of these chips. I think we liked them all pretty evenly. Obviously the Nacho Cheese & Southwestern Ranch has a little more flavor than “Truly Original”. However, they each had their strong points. Plus, these are the first Pringles that I feel confident enough to dip in salsa. They’re a little thicker, so they scoop up the salsa with ease. That doesn’t make them free from breakage, though. Luckily, you can go with the double stack option to double the strength of your chip and make it tough enough to scoop in the thickest of salsas & dips.
These are totally recommended!
