Monte Carlo – Review
The story begins in Texas with both Grace (Gomez) and Emma (Katie Cassidy) as waitresses and best friends. Grace has just finished her senior year of high school and has been saving up for her dream vacation to Paris. Her mother and soon-to-be step dad surprise Grace with the news that her soon to be sister Meg (Leighton Meister) will be joining Grace and Emma on their adventure to Paris. The girls find themselves stuck in the rain and lost in a foreign country. They soon find that their bad luck turns around when Grace is mistaken as a heiress.
The movie Monte Carlo is a good time for all family members. It is geared mainly towards the tween generation, especially those who follow the pop star Selena Gomez, but those who happen to be older can still enjoy the movie. It definitely sticks to the PG rating. There is no cussing or obscene gestures in this movie. This is definitely a movie to watch with the kids.
