47 Days Until Halloween: Halloween Ritz
Many food items this time of year will brand their product with the “Halloween” tag. Most of the time they’ll change the product slightly by changing the color to Orange, Black or White. Other times, they’ll change a flavor to a more seasonal flavor, like pumpkin, candy corn, or caramel apple.
Today’s product is Halloween Ritz. They haven’t changed colors or changed flavors. Nope, they changed the branding on the cracker itself.
If you look very carefully, you can see pictures of ghosts, pumpkins, & cauldrons. You have to look very intently at the cracker to see them. Most people would probably miss the pictures. When you’re hungry, you don’t have time to focus on your food. You plop a piece of cheese or sausage on the cracker and chomp away, being none the wiser of these halloween crackers.
On the bright side, on the back of the box is a recipe from some delicious spider web pizza dip. It seems like it’d be a pain in the ass to create a spider out of a black olive. Plus, everyone will have to fight over who gets the coveted spider olive. I suppose, first dipper, gets dibs.
